Topic: Cannot send email after 7.3 to 7.4

After I upgraded to 7.4 today, I found many problems.
Firstly, I can login with the Web mail interface. I try to re-enable the webmail service in server-manager, then I can login with webmail interface.
But I found another problem, I can receive email but I cannot send email.

Please post issues like this to the bugtracker as normal functionality should not be lost over upgrades.
