Topic: SARG reports - not displaying

Hi all

Wonder if you could help.
Run SME 7.3 with Dansguardian using NCSA auth and sarg 2.2.3.1.
Setup done as exampled on the contrib page
Problem:
My sarg reports do not display any data and the one shot page shows only one days worth of data
for a month old.
when /usr/bin/sarg is run it retrieves data by this is not displayed in reports.

Then run 'sarg' again and check the one-shot

Hi,
what is your setup? Server-Gateway?
Maybe your clients aren't using the Proxy?

What Sarg Config page? As far as I know there's no config page, only DB commands!

Setup: Server-gateway.
My clients are using the proxy as auth is required each time they start their browsers.
If I check \var\logs\dans it has new data in it and if I force an update a new directory in \var\www\sarg\one-shot is created. But never in the daily etc when the associated cron job is run.
but sarg never updates the page.
Sarg Config - just after installation a page that is use to do a basic config is avaliable,
from the sarg wiki:
Open yourserver/server-manager in a web browser
Configuration > Web Statistics enable and review settings.
