Topic: No outboud external mail after 7.4

Not sure if this is in the right forum but I'll give it a shot...

I am kinda new to working with SME...  did the 7.4 update. I managed to fix the custom pages errors and such. I still have to work on address books...  but my biggest problem is since moving to 7.4 it seems our mail is only delivered internally and no longer goes out bound. I seem to be receiving mail fine inside and out but I am not sending any. What have I missed on this upgrade that has stopped my outbound mail?

Did you already have a look at the log files? They might give you vital clues. Have a look in /var/log/qmail/current and perhaps also /var/log/qpsmtpd/current

Well I look at the logs and if you want I could attach them. Not sure exactly what I am seeing the the qpsmtpd/current  but in the qmail/current I seem to se CNAME failures. This would lead me down the path of DNS but why now is is it now working..  none of that was changed.

No do not post them here. Open a bug for it and write up the description of your problem as there as well as attaching the logfiles.
