Topic: Access other users home directory

Hi,

Can a user be set up with the ability to access other users files.  The requirement comes from a manager needing access to a staff members files when that staff member is ill.

I realise the password could be reset and the manager log into the account to gain access, but that does not feel like an elegant solution!

Any help appreciated.

I think the better way to act is NOT to put files belonging to staff into home.. ibays are there for a reason..

that said, read this and, of course, next time please use Search before posting.. this question has been answered many times before
