Topic: Virtual Machine Internet acess problem in VMWare with SME server 7.3

Hi to all, today after some read discussion I decided to install VMware in SME server 7.3 but I just get an  error, bellow all details:

I created a virtual Windows 2000 Server using VMware. The installation went fine, bu when a I try to install an specify application that need to be validate online in internet doesn't work ,  if I open Internet Explorer I can't connect to the internet.  I tested tracert and can't locate the internet address that need to be reach   Any ideas what could be causing this problem.

I really appreciate your help in this matter.

Eviny,
Your misconfigured your Virtual machine, in this case a W2K server.
   a. Please check your W2k network setting especially IP-address/network mask and gateway.
   b. Please check your virtual machine ethernet setting (VM->settings).
      Use bridged:connected directly to the physical network.
