John, In the past I was able to change Calendar, Notes and Tasks permissions (who can view, who can edit) which made it true groupware. But now I don't see the permissions screen any more. Is it moved somewhere or is it removed? I hope there is a way to get it back.

John doesn't frequent the forums a lot -- this belongs in the bug tracker.

Have you upgraded to the latest versions?

Actually John frequents the forums quite often and doesn't think everything belongs in the bug tracker.

If you are using the most up to date versions of of the add-ons, then you should see a plus sign at the top right of the horde menu bar.  Click on it, then manage.
