SARG reports
« on: January 18, 2009, 05:07:03 AM »
Hi

Have installed SARG onto my SME system

Install went good and no errors occured.

Problem is it doesn't come up with any entries when clicking on the menu item?

Not sure how to describe it any better.  Help with this would be great.

Is the window just blank when clicking on SARG on the left panel?
Have you tried to view it in another browser?
What version of SME Server?
Have you tried removing it and reinstalling it?

Hi,
From memory you have to wait at least 24 hours for SARG to harvest the data.

With all due respect if you notice the date that the first post on this topic was created and compare that with today's date, you will have your response to what you are suggesting.

I am aware of the delay with sarg.
