Kronolith Install problem

What am I doing wrong? Per contribs Kronolith. Server software is SME 7.4 in server only mode.

I think I did it right.

Bug 4945 has been added to the database

Those three files are now in smeupdates-testing.  Theye needed in imp, for users wanting to use html composition, so the files are moving to the base.
