No no no...this is not a bug. This is the default configuration. Look into imp/config/mime_drivers.php and change to true show html inline. When you found it, do the same but with templates.

No problems Normando, I will comply with your request to the best of my ability. 

On a more general note, it may be a good time in the life of this thread to yield to the request in comment #1 and bring this issue to its correct place, that is the Bugtracker. .  this can take the form of a new Bug or comments and contributions to an already open ticket: http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5224 >  I do not think that the current line of inquiry enhances the distribution, fixing things at Bugzilla probably will.
