Sorry for my english.

I have just a problem with a E-Smith. All work perfect but I don't have acces webmail and www from external.
My configuration is ok (i believe)

An idea ??

First of all, check if you or your ISP have/has enabled access to port 80 of your web server in the firewall. Some ISP's block a number of "commercial" ports such as 80, 110 or 25.

This is probably the cause since AFAIK the primary i-bay is public by default.

Also, access your server manager at http://www/server-manager in a browser.

Click on "Other e-mail settings". Select Enabled (HTTPS only or HTTPS + HTTP) in the Enable/Disable Webmail combo box, depending on your preferences. If you want to offer HTTPS access, open port 443, too,  in the firewall.

The configuration is ok. www and webmail work fine internaly.

For test I use a hub before my router and I connect a PC. With this PC it is possible to use ssh vpn but no www and webmail.

It seems you are an experienced user.

So you probably know, by this time, that you have a problem with the firewall on your router blocking port 80 from external access.

  regarding to your question i suppose that if you install the e-smith server as a gateway server it shoule work fine locally but certain settings and script to apply if you want to publish it globally,,,,,main thing is your permanent connection to the internet,,second thing is you have to let your ISP or TELCO know what your running with ,,,,,this applies if you have a DNS name already ,,,it think you have to consult your ISP or TELCO about this as they are the ones who will help your system work fine....
