Topic: How do I edit blacklist servers?

I recently discovered that SME is using UCEPROTECT - because it blocked email from my personal mail-host (runbox.com).  I contacted RunBox, and here is what they had to say:

Yes, we know - but this blacklist, which is much maligned and not to be trusted due to their horrible delisting policies, is the ONLY official IP blacklist runbox is on. We refused to pay them up front just to be allowed to email them about this when we got listed, so they retaliated by blacklisting us permanently... No one should use a blacklist with such policies, when there are so many alternatives!

I've used RunBox for several years, and they have never been a problem.

So...  How do I edit the blacklist server list to remove UCEPROTECT??
