I am in a small network witch is controlled by a sme-server. My problem with that is that noone behind the server can connect to any of the servers or are able to connect. The strange thing imo is that you can get invited to a game, but not connect to anything or create without invite. Anyone els seen this problem and know a solution?

You could try disabling the HTTP proxy from "Proxy Settings" in the Server Manager and see if that helps.  Or you might have to forward specific TCP/IP ports to your PC.

Damn that was easy. Yet another hard problem solved easy and effortlessly.
If someone els has the same problem, it worked by changing just the HTTP-proxy status, just as MSmith guessed. But forwarding did not!
Thank you very much!

Rather than permanently or totally disabling HTTP proxy (which is usually a good thing to have enabled), you could try bypassing it selectively, see
http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Server:Documentation:FAQ#Bypass_Proxy
Please search before asking, an answer may already exist.
