Topic: Recall when user is busy

Hi, this is the scenario:
Ext 200 is calling 220
220 is busy and does not have voicemail active
200 receives the option to recall 220 when he hangs the phone by pressing 5
220 finishes the call and the system dials 200 and 220 connecting them.

I read about the mini campon but it does not sound the same.
Please advise.

Hello Brick,

You are correct; campon is not the same as the feature you describe.  The feature you describe is not currently available in SARK (or, I think, any of the popular Asterisk work benches - although I'm sure someone will correct me on that if I'm wrong).   This may be because it's quite complex to figure out phone state in Asterisk's dial plan (although it gets better in 1.6).
