I'm trying to fix a problem in which Hebrew letters appear in the server manager as a string of English letters and
Numbers instead of showing correctly . for example names of imap folders appear that way in the restore option
Of DAR , and when trying to create a starter web site from the sme server panel i get gibberish on the site itself
When using Hebrew letters.
To try and fix the problem i used the "Special Characters" under sme FAQ in the wiki :

Now when ever i create a new file or folder in an sme ibay with Hebrew letters i get lines instead of letters
(This was working great until i used the "Special Characters" in the sme wiki FAQ).
