Topic: hosting 2nd web site

I aplogise in advance if this subject has already been covered, but I couldn't find it,(I may have been using the wrong search terms).

I want to host a 2nd web site on my server, so I have,
1. Created an iBay for the site with the permission set write=admin, read=everyone execution of dynamic content = on
2.Created the domain & pointed it at the iBay that I made for it
3. Put some content in the html folder of the iBay.

When I go to view the content using the web browser, I get Forbidden, You don't have permission to access / on this server. So I'm guessing I've missed something?

I'm running SME 7.4 on a PC in gateway/public server mode.

in the ibay panel,
in step 1. check you have "Public access via web or anonymous ftp" = anything but 'no access'
