Topic: 2.3.2-12 -> Switch doesn't ring, just plays MOH

Hi Guys,

Weird one for you...

I've got SAIL 2.3.2-12 running on Asterisk 1.4.2.5.1.

My trunk is set to ring directly to an extension.   The calling party never hears a ring, just whatever music of have for MOH... 

If I change to trunk to have the default inbound greeting, same deal and the call get routed to the Operator extension...

No issues with the call itself, the extension rings and the call gets connected properly, just the MOH instead of a ring for the calling party....  Odd.

I may have messed the configuration, but I can't see anything out of place. Any ideas?

Did you turn on MOH instead of ring in the trunk or the DDI entry?
