Topic: kernel panic every few days after clamscan event

My server has been stable for last 15 months but lately since two months the sever hangs with kernel panic everty few days at 00:46hrs (I have noticed this after going through system log) my clamscan has been scheduled to run at 00:42 hrs every day has any relation to it? sometimes i get an error email after clamscan.

kernel panic are mostly due to hw problems.. please check your ram

As a test, disable clamscan for a few nights and see if the problem persists
