if you use linux use ssh to remotelogin in shell on your server
if you use windows (more probably)
download putty http://www.putty.org/ if you don't have already and use it to remote login in your server shell
or go directly to your server console (usually servers like this don't have monitor and/or keyboard/mouse)

and login as root (or su after login with another user)

go to
http://wiki.contribs.org/Email_Whitelist-Blacklist_Control

then use that steps to install things on your server
be carefully and try to understand what you are doing
you do all on your own risk

if everybody's life around you is better, probably yours will be better
just try to improve their life
