Topic: New users for web interface

Hi all,

I've got a Mitel Standard Linux server, which was automatically installed and configured for me - I believe my question is more generic for SME rather than MSL specific.

I can log into the web interface using the admin account. I've created a new System User, and I would like this user to be able to log into the web interface and ideally just configure one of the Applications.

I can't find out how to allow them to log into the web interface (I get You are not authorised to access this area.). Does anyone know what I need to do in order to allow them to log in, and if I can restrict them to only accessing one of the Application blades?

Since you are a Mitel customer using Mitel software, you should be talking to Mitel product support. Your issue has nothing to do with SME server or this website.
