Hello,

I have a SME 5.1 server, how can i change the disk http cache size of the Squid proxy.
I already checked out the squid.conf but could nothing find here.
I read that this must be done by templates or something ???
Because i have dial up its very important to have a very large disk cache size.

Can plz someone help me ?

create the file

70cachemem

in

/etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/squid/squid.conf/

create all directories.

In the file write

cache_mem 24 MB

Or what ever you need.

Run:
/sbin/e-smith/expand-template /etc/squid.conf
/sbin/e-smith/signal-event console-save
