Hi.

You can ignore those errors. FreePBX includes those contexts so you can cutomize the dialplan. If you do not create those custom contexts, you'll have those errors, which in fact are just warnings.

Im having issues with other things though. Maybe this one will help

Error Processing: "sox: Can't open input file '/var/lib/asterisk//mohmp3/orig_viseonPass.wav': No such file or directory
sox: Can't open input file '/var/lib/asterisk//mohmp3/orig_viseonPass.wav': No such file or directory" for viseonPass.wav!

this is while trying to upload a MOH wav file.
I have tried it with the reencode enabled and disabled. Encoding fails with

Error Processing: "sh: lame: command not found" for viseonPass.wav!

some additional info.
It may or maynot be related but i seem to have audio issues. I cant make external calls via any sip.
SIP extensions work 100% though.

If i call the external number it answers and connects but nothing can be heard. If i set an incoming route to direct to a connected extension the call is dropped.

Sorry to be vauge but i cant see any errors (other than the above) in the asterisk log, so unsure where to start.

Your audio issue is most likely a firewall issue. SIP is not very NAT friendly.

The sme i was testing on was a server-gateway. Do i still need to forward ports?

As its testing i have used elastix on another vm and forwarded the relevant ports to that. Id rather have it on sme as i trust sme 100%
