Topic: Dependency error installing Freepbx

I'm having dependency problems when I try to install Freepbx from the contribs section. Here is what I get.

When I try it this way:
yum --enablerepo=smecontribs install smeserver-freepbx dahdi-linux-kmdl-$(uname -r)

I get this error:
Error: Missing Dependency: dahdi-linux-kmdl-2.2.1.1-67.el4 is needed by package dahdi-linux

When I try it this way:
yum --enablerepo=atrpms install dahdi-tools dahdi-linux dahdi-linux-kmdl-$(uname -r)

I get this error:
Error: Missing Dependency: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.9-89.0.23.EL is needed by package dahdi-linux-kmdl-2.6.9-89.0.23.EL

Lastly, when I try it this way I get this error:
yum --enablerepo=smecontribs --enablerepo=fws install smeserver-freepbx dahdi-linux-kmdl-$(uname -r)

I get this error:
Error: Missing Dependency: dahdi-linux = 2.2.0.2-65.el4 is needed by package dahdi-linux-kmdl-2.6.9-89.0.16.EL
Error: Missing Dependency: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.9-89.0.23.EL is needed by package dahdi-linux-kmdl-2.6.9-89.0.23.EL

I followed all the steps. I really appreciate some help. I'd really like to get this working. Is there an easier VoIP PBX I can install?

I did and am still having issues. That's why I posted my question. From what I've read it is a kernel issue out of sync with Centos. I also tried to add smetesting and centos for Yum. I continue to have problems.
