I am running SME server 7.4 and would like to safely update my ClamAV engine. Please inform me what I need to install and what can be automatically updated such as the clamav-db?

I see packages available at packages.sw.be/clamav

I see clamav-0.96-3.el4.rf
I see clamav-db-0.96.el4.rf
I see clamav-devel
I see clamav-milter
I see clamd-0.96-3.el4.rf

I am not sure which to install. I would think just install the clamav? Thank you in advance.

you don't need to install anything

in the message/log where you read "This version of ClamAV engine is outdated" you should read also "DON'T PANIC"

so wait until the updated package will be available
