Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has come across software, preferable php, that will run on SME server that allows a small group of people to manage rental properties. Rentals are all month to month in nature (apartments, garages, storage) and require at least two people to have access to the database.
The only one I have found thus far is
http://propertymanagement-software.org which is on the right track but very primitive and seems to be unsupported.
I have looked at commercial packages too but they are either single user implementations or the multi-user versions are prohibitively expensive for a small operation.
Any ideas are welcome...
