I get this when trying to install the  httpd i386 2.0.52-41 ent.7.centos
server only mode

Am assuming the server can access the internet ?

Would help if you show us the Yum command you used. the log file shows another update in progress. You haven't got a stuck Yum running ? Try rebooting first.
