I am a volunteer for simple chinese language at my spare time.

there are only 2 translator working for simple chinese language. one is me .another  "gfengyoung"

gfengyoung has been not active for 3 month. maybe he is too busy ,what I am worried is he has given up，，，

I met a problem that can NOT review the document.it seems I am not authoried to do that.

I have much spare time.so I wanna be a responsible translator,but I don't know how to do the procedure.
