I wonder if it is really a bug and not some minor configuration issue or soething like that, but you will need to explain what the problem is, otherwise we can not help you. This way we need to guess and we do not have a crystal ball.

What are you seeing that makes you think there is something wrong? Did you see any error message? Please describe the problem as good as you can giving as much appropriate information, like error messages, as you can. Please keep in mind that we do not know what you do or did and can not see the information you might be seeing.

hi never receive an errors so the system stopped only to receive the emails, but i send without an problem

How is your server connected to the internet? Are there any routers in between your server and the internet connection of your ISP? Do you have them configured correctly?
Do you have a MX record published in the DNS of your provider?
Does you provider allow you to operate your mailserver? Are they not blocking port 25 (incoming mail)?
Is your ISP providing you a fixed IP address or do you have a dynamic IP address?

please check your logs file (/var/log/qpsmtpd/current, /var/log/qmail/current, /var/log/messages)

I saw the files but am new to using the sme server, what is happening is the following my server accepts only receive emails that are sent to the admin account, but for other accounts emails do not accept

Please answer my questions, asked earlier. Although you think all things might bec onfigured properly, you still seem to have a issue, so it might be that there is something wrong. Since you state you are relatively new, you might overlook certain things so please do provide us the information we ask, so we can step by step diagnose your issues.
