[ANNOUNCE] easy to use site-to-site VPN contrib

Hi everyone.

I'd just like to announce a new contrib which adds an easy to configure site-to-site VPN solution on SME Server. This contrib is called smeserver-openvpn-s2s, and, as the name suggests, is based on OpenVPN. It lets you connects several SME Servers, and their local networks, just as if they were directly connected.

Everything can be configured with a panel in the server-manager, so most of the time, you won't have to do any custom configuration by hands.

As soon as it is imported into SME Contribs CVS it should be available in Pootle for translation AFAICT.

Daniël, are you planning on having your SRPM imported into SME Contribs?

Yes, I sent two mails to admin@contribs.org asking for it to be imported (with a link to the latest srpm). I'll send a reminder today.

My guess is Shad is a little busy, not sure if a reminder is required.

Very very good, thanks for that. Thats a big step forward. I like to use the contribs OpenVPN Bridge and OpenVPN SiteToSite together is that possible ?

Yes, it's possible. We use both contribs on several servers. You just need to use different ports for the different s2s servers (the bridge contrib uses UDP port 1194).
