When trying to access the server-manger from firefox I get a 400 bad request error. Before I started to get that error I was getting the sec_error_reused_issuer_and_serial. To fix the issue I backed up the ssl.key, ssl.crt and ssl.pem directories in /home/e-smith/ then removed them and did a signal-event post-upgrade and reboot. After reboot I was able to access the server-manager and phpmyadmin from within firefox. After about 20 minutes in the middle of working inside of phpmyadmin I got 400 illegeal file name error and could no longer access server-manger or anything that required ssl certificate. I could access, for the longest time, server-manger from within IE hower that has stop working and now im out of options. Please help me get backup to business Thanks in advanced
P.S Before all of this happened I wasn't able to access anything on the server with the admin password or any other user (I believe I was hacked) Joomla, Webmal, egroupware, and even osticket didn't work. This caused me to do a reinstall and thats when all the issues started happening with the ssl certificates

1 Possible hack no password access (solved with reinstall)
2. Reissued certificate and key (solved with deleting .pem .crt and .ssl files)
Update: Accessing the server-manager from a Mac works just fine. I did clear cache on my main windows 7 pc for firefox and IE with no luck if that helps.
Update: After taking my laptop off the network and tunneling back in through vpn, I was able to access the server-manger via firefox and IE. Once I brought the pc back on the network today, I was still able to access the server-manger with no problems. I don't know why it is working. I would like to know why. Hopefully this helps someone
