Topic: Access denied on recycle bin

I've activated recycle bin on my SME, but when i'm trying to access the folder with my Windows 7 Explorer i get a message that access is denied, what can i do to access it?

AFAIR recycle bin is available only to admin user; I'm quite sure you'll find more info in the wiki

If i give a user admin rights, will this user be able to access the recycle bin?

in the wiki page I read:

The Recycle Bin folder will be created automatically the first time a file is deleted, so you will not see the folder until you delete something.

An admin can then go and retrieve the files on the server.
