Hi

.127 and .128 are available on the download server.  If you install them onto SME server then you should also install smesailenv-1.0.0-22. 

Quite a bit has changed in the inbound processing routing and defaults, this is to fix individual channel routing on FXO and to make field installs easier.   We have published release notes on the wiki here
