Is it possible to block some user to use external imap? Some of my employers need to use imap, but i want to restrict other user to use imap from an external ip adres only local ip?

I don't want that some employees misuse oure email adres/server of emails that they store in there imap account. It make it a little bit more secure.

then, simply, enable quota and let your users aware that they are monitored and that every abuse will be reported..

Or if these users are not too skilled, you could configure their email client to use non-secured ports (25/143) and secure for everyone else (465/993).
