Passare da un Mail gateway

Ciao a tutti.

Devo far si che il mio SME invii tutta la posta passandola ad un mail gateway di monitor della posta, come devo fare?
Nello specifico devo reindirizzare tutto il traffio in uscita verso l'ip 192.168.100.200.

server-manager -> email -> recapito email
