Topic: Disk ARchive - Not backing up

Hi All, I hate putting questions on here as I would have hoped to find an answer. Anyway, my issue is this. I have been using D May's Disk ARchive. It has worked really well. I do a daily BU to a USB disk. and a weekly to a NAS. The daily disk I swap out occasionally with an identical disk, smae size and disk name.

As mentioned before, this has worked no problems. but..

Now my daily are not working. I have tried to trigger them with the 'backup selections button etc... Nothing.

Any help or tips would be grateful. Ben

take a look in /var/log/messages or (if exists) in dar backup's log.. you should find something usefull to debug your problem

I have found the second USB drive will have a different serial number, and so will get mounted in a different directory, like /media/usb2. I used the same scenario on a site and installed the DiskManager contrib to tame the mounting of the drives into the same folder, then DAR worked reliably each time.
