Many users of SME post a question of how to do something using the server - and there is a proper place for them to do that (General Discussion).
However, far to many questions on usage end up in the first forum listed (SME Server 7.x). This is just human behaviour (take the first option AND it says SME 7.51 so drop the question in there and hope for the best).
A possible solution to this problem would be to change the listing order the forums - put General Discussion at the top of the list. It just might work.
