HEREThis is my Backup to Workstation config:
Backup is Enabled.
Backup is made on LAN workstation pensionoffice.XXXXX.org via cifs
Destination backup share folder is serverbackup
Login is user
Password is ********
Number of rotating backup sets is 3
Number of daily backups contained in each set is 7
Compression level (0-9) of backup is 4
Daily backup occurs at 1:30
Each daily backup session is cleanly timed out after 12 hours.except full backups which are cleanly timed out after 24 hours
Full backup session (new backup sets) is allowed only on Sunday
Full backup had been occured on a Sunday however of the last three, two have occurred on a Monday and the most recent one occurred on a Tuesday..
On the Sunday the system is carrying out a incremental backup.
My system has the correct date and time configured via the au.pool.ntp.org NTP server, timezone is set to "Australia/Melbourne"

Not sure if this warrants a bug but I am totally lost to get it to do a full backup on the designated day, Sunday
