Topic: Netlogon.bat not restored after desktop restore to new hardw

Hi everybody,
did anybody came across this?

1. performed a backup to desktop of my sme 5.1.2
2. installed  5.5 on a new hardware (fresh)
3. restored from desktop

as far as I could see it went well.
user shares are their, roming profiles still working fine but
now I´m wondering why I have a brand new netlogon.bat file.
Now I´m really scared that other files are missing as well.
I have plenty of space on the new system and did not performed a verify.


I appreciate any comments on that

Unfortunately SME 5.1.2 does not back up this directory using desktop backup. I think they may have resolved this issue in 5.5 but I am not certain. I am pretty sure it is backed up when doing a tape backup.You have no need to worry as all of your i-bays should have been restored. I have been making a point of copying the netlogin.bat to either an i-bay or another machine to avoid this complication.
