Wrong password when using Public Ip address

hi,

 I have a sail setup but i have trouble authenticating using its public ip. when i am using private ip its ok i can authenticate. But when i replace the private ip to publi ip i got error on asterisk and its says wrong password the user i define on the extension is there something i miss on the configuration ?

can you show us the message which gets generated on the asterisk console please?  Also, the asterisk definition for the phone (from extensions edit panel)

Hi,

 Thanks for the reply, but this is not sark error, but with cisco pix. Anyway i was able to run the apps without any error. Made some changes on the firewall side so that uri kept its format when cisco pix pass this to my sark server.
 
   Again thank you for the support. I will be posting a new error that I've found when compiling dahdi on 2.6.9-103.EL.
