Topic: upgrade PHP to 4.1 on sme5.12

Ive just been working my way through Dan Browns how to upgrade PHP (in order to upgrade IMP to version 3) but the files mentioned in his how to are unavailable.

The problem is the files to upgrade IMP require PHP4.1, and not the 4.06 in sme5.12

So where can i get thes file refered to on the how to ?

Any suggestions, i tried searching around the web but it would seem they are just not out there.

If you're following the howto at http://www.familybrown.org/howtos/php-upgrade-howto-sme512.html, all the files referred to should still be available (they were when I looked just a minute ago).

Well I dont know what went wrong lst time I tried, but did it again tonight and everything went as smooth as silk.

This is the second time Ive used Dan's how to's (3rd if you include the imp one) and apart from my lack of typing skills they couldnt be easier to understand.
