guys please help

i have been reading about backup solutions and just need some sound advice

i have some clients that require a backup solution for their sme 8 servers.
i need the following backup solution:
1. sme server data backup (files and folders)
2. mysql database backup
3. user workstation data files backup (my documents folder, ms word, excel, outlook pst etc.)

i also need to backup some of the data offsite to eg: google drive, skydrive etc.
i also need to send an email report to the relevant users about the backup(s) and the status of that backup(s)

please can you indicate what the best solution would be

Both those are included in the standard SME backup

3. user workstation data files backup (my documents folder, ms word, excel, outlook pst etc.)

Keep word/excel documents in home shares or ibays. Don't use outlook pst files, ever. 'My documents' I think can be included in roaming profiles, although they have their own problems.

I installed the Microsoft pst backup addon to MS Outlook.  This way each day it backs up the pst file located on the local computer to their user share on the network.  This way the SME backup backs it up automatically.
