Topic: multiple NIC question

Hi,

I have a small box set up with e-smith v5.0 - I configured it a while ago, and only recently added an extra NIC to the box.

I was hoping to have 2 'domains' with the e-smith box running as DHCP server and File server to both domains, and routing data between them.

The e-smith box is linked via crossover to another computer (domain 1) and to a hub (domain 2).

Is this possible to get working? at the moment I can't access domain 1 from domain 2 or vice versa.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, or if you could point me in the right direction.....

I saw an article in the contributed howto's on multiple nics. it takes some work, but it looks like it works.
