I use SME8FA18V311.iso, I get every minute a mail from Cron:

Can you help me please ?

Hi there

It's a bug, that routine is obsolete and shouldn't be called.   in the meantime you can simply comment out or remove the line from /etc/cron.d/sark which executes that command.
