In testing 4.0.0-41 all looks good but we have  lost connection from sarkhpe and the database sark.db

When trying to ring the extension get

In the cli all the extension show as registered and on line.

Where should I start looking? Is there someway of seeing what  sarkhpe is calling for the db??
