We've just put the following releases up onto the servers.

sail-3.1.1-39.noarch.rpm
sail-4.0.0-79.noarch.rpm

sailhpe_4.0.0-34_i386.deb
sail_4.0.0-79_all.deb

Please can you provide a link to sail-3.1.1-39.noarch.rpm? I can't find it on http://www.sailpbx.com anywhere.

I take it I install 3.1.1-22 ISO first and then update with the 39 update rpm? If so is there a procedure to follow?

Install it and then do

rpm -q --changelog sail
It will spit out a lot of data so you might want to do

rpm -q --changelog sail | less
