Hi All,

I have just tried to create a new extension and all my existing extensions and trunks are showing as disconnected even though they all work OK. I can't get the new one to connect and I noticed on the extension and trunk pages have this across the top:

SARK-PBX - Cannot retrieve live values from Asterisk (SARK-PBX is my servers host name)

Any one else had this problem?
Could this also have something to do with my previous post?

I have tried stopping and starting the PBX and rebooting the server, but still no difference. I am using sail 3.1.1-27

OK I have sorted this, after comparing my original manager.conf file with the new on e I had forgot this line:

#include sark_manager.conf

Everything works OK now
