Unable to send IVR to Voice Mail
« on: September 25, 2013, 11:11:16 PM »
Hi All,

I'm trying to setup an IVR menu for the closed period on one of my trunks and the only option I want is to Press 1 to leave a message, but when I go to the IVR settings it doesn't allow me to save the Leave Voicemail *400  :-? If I call in and listen to my greeting then press 1 it just hangs up  :-o Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.

Kind regards,
Del

OK, I can see what is happening here  :-P It appears that it isn't allowing me to save more than three keys  I want to have some "hidden" options that aren't announced in the greeting. When I save Key 1, Key 2, Key 3 it saves OK, if I then save Key 4 Key 3 disappears  If then save Key 3 Key disappears :-? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Del

Not sure if this was related to my missing line in the manager.conf (see http://forums.contribs.org/index.php/topic,50229.0.html) but it seems to be working OK now.

There was a problem as you've  described with IVR to Voicemail but it is fixed in -86 which is up on the server.

Kind Regards

Hi Selintra,

When you say -86 do you mean 3.1.1-86? If so I can only see up to 3.1.1-42 on your site :-o

Hi Selintra,

It appears to be working OK now, I was probably doing something wrong
Is V4 now stable? Can I upgrade from V3? If so do I need to uninstall the V3 rpms first? Thanks.

Kind regards,
Del
