Topic: Is it possible to redirect some outgoing mail for internal review

We would like to have some outgoing email redirected to a coworker for review before it is finally sent off to the intended recipients.  For example, all mail sent to the testmail.com domain would not be delivered but redirected to an internal reviewer who would then send it off.  Additionally, we'd like to apply this to some specific addresses, for example tom@gmail.com, dick@hotmail.com and harry@thirdrockfromthesun.com
