I did everything you said, after a bit of time everything was installed. I can pull up the Screen the gives you the option to either go to admin section or customer section. When I click on either it takes several minutes, then it says the the server may be down, or is real busy. I know neither is correct because, I have restarted the machine and its says Interchange started ok, and I also have done a soft restart and it says it is running ok also. and I know it isn't busy, because it has only been like 30 secs after it is started before I check.
Everything you have told me worked correctly. I noticed when I when to use the
"su -c "/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r" interch command the first thing I see is
bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission Denied
Then it says
Configuring catalog foundation...Required Perl Module SQL::Statement not present. Aborting catalog.
I know it is installed because I tried to install it again, and it said it was installed
In Line 8 of the configuration file 'catalog.cfg':
foundation config error: Required Perl Module SQL:: Statement not present. Aborting catalog.
In line 8 of the configuration file 'catalog.cfg':

foundation: config error. Skipping.
Interchange server started in INET and UNIX mode(s) process ID 1486
I typed everything like you had it in the instructions you gave me, and to the "T"
If there is something I can go check or redo please let me know, I am a fish out of water with this linux stuff

Thank you very much for all your help so far.
