You must be wondering why you have no responses after 10 days and 300 views.

I am not sure that I can help with your query, but I can give you some direction as to why you haven't had a response.

You haven't explained your situation at all.
It looks as though you have put zero effort into your question - just copy pasted from a hosting companies web-site.
You haven't expressed a clear connection to SME server.

BTW - the main reason that I have responded to your query, is that I don't want other 'newbie' visitors to see your post and think that the SME community is unhelpful - because the SME community is absolutely outstanding in my experience -but they do like to see a little bit of effort. Nnobody gets paid for helping.
