Topic: Received email on Blackberry but did not received email on outlook

Hi,

I have strange cases,  sometimes there are user who received email on BB but not on outlook
i have check that the outlook is setup to leave message on server for 14 days,
i also have check on cur directory  the received email on bb just dissapear ( they are not go into cur directory after the email received on bb ) i dont know where the email going to.
anyone know what is going on here, very strange

Hi Janet,

there is nothing on his junk folder, the download email from blackberry  not go into cur dir on server, it just dissapear.
i check the time when the email received on his bb it was 8.AM, when i check the cur folder there is no email with that time.
the blackberry is setup not delete message on server

This is clearly not an issue with SME server, so please ask Blackberry or Blackberry Forums, maybe even read the Blackberry manual !
